She nails it with the fratricidal dynamics: basically the younger brother looses it and shoots his older brother. I'm compelled to take it further.

I see that the Hamilton County Sheriff's officer says it, "was clearly an accident" and he "doesn't expect any charges to be filed against the boy." I'm thinking, "Yeah, they're white kids."

Change the race and let's see what Hamilton County's finest would say and do. Am I being to cynical here?
