Today's "You think?"

'Blacks are under attack,' says Jesse Jackson

You think?

But of course the Reverend Race-baiter means African-Americans are under attacks by whites, not other African-Americans. Or 'white Hispanics' as Ace reports the Media identification of the shooter in the Trayvon Martin case. Maybe it's better to refer to the teen gang-banger here in Indy, Dai-Twon Williams, as a 'white African American' just to be consistent in the blame-game.

Today's Only Ones: A Whole Barrel

The knee-jerk, non-thinking, "Oh it's just a few bad apples," defense of the police just doesn't work any more. I don't care if they haven't institutionalized baksheesh like Mexican cops. And I know when the fit hits the shan, they'll continue to support the oppressors as in their minds that's how they can continue to maintain their power and authority as a fraternity of bullies and thugs. With regards to the latter I submit for your consideration:

Dylan Again

Rather than look to Yeats to describe the coming election, I'd rather share Dylan's yearning for someone who we could truly follow.

You Don't Have To, Either.
