Personal Fireworks Prohibited in Indianapolis
Banning personal firework displays is one of the few intelligent things our Idiot Mayor has done. Our drought conditions demand it. And it'll piss off the hillbillies next door but at least we'll have a quiet 4th of July and the dogs will not be freaked out.
