I only live in Indiana. And despite living here for almost fifteen years, I've never seen myself as a Hoosier and likely never will. It's just one of those things. And when I regularly see stuff like this:

That isn't just Indiana. Everyone who works for government from the cop that expects free coffee to the politicians who flout the law.

True. But I get the impression, especially from the local politicians, that they aspire to be as successfully corrupt as their big brothers in Chicago but just lack the intelligence and finesse.
